How do I empty / refill my Spa?

General issues
My Spa is not heating up, is it broken?
There are 3 main reasons why your spa is not heating up the water and are the following:
- Flow issue by old or dirty filters
- Airlock in the system tubes by a recent refill
- Broken circ pump or heating element (very unlikely)
Even when the filters look clean, they have body oils on them. As the oils and debris build up on the filters, they restrict flow. To check if the filters are the cause of the lack of heat, follow the steps below.
- Turn the hot tub off at the mains or unplug the hot tub if you do not have a circuit breaker.
- Take all of the filters out of the filter compartment.
- Let the hot tub sit for 30 seconds.
- Turn the hot tub on again.
- Leave the filters out.
- If the hot tub turns back on or you can see bubbles or a ripple at the bottom of the hot tub floor, put the cover back on the tub and let it heat back up. Monitor closely.
- If the hot tub starts to heat back up, either clean or replace the filters and your issue is resolved.
- If the hot tub does not turn back on or heat, there is another issue and you need to contact us to set up a service appointment.
